At Enfaite, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via email at contact@enfaite.com or through our Contact Us page.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you may request a return once you receive your order.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom pieces or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

Refund After Cancellation

  • If the cancellation is approved within the allowed time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
